How are purity and identity verified?

Two independent tests, both reported on the COA:

HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) measures purity: the share of the sample that is the target compound. Our release standard is ≥99%.
Mass spectrometry (LC-MS) confirms identity by matching the measured molecular weight to the expected value for Bacteriostatic Water.

The accession number on each COA is the lab's own report reference, so results trace back to the testing laboratory, not to us.

Will the lot on my vial match a published COA?
