Regulatory Status

• Full Scale Peptides LLC distributes MATERIAL under 21 C.F.R. § 312.160, which permits shipment of investigational drug substances for use in laboratory research animals or for tests in vitro.
• MATERIAL is not an approved drug and carries no approved indication.
• No product on this site is sold under any exemption permitting human use.

Full Scale Peptides LLC is not:

• A pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy, or a prescriber.
• A compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
• An outsourcing facility under Section 503B.
• A manufacturer of finished drug products.
• A provider of medical, clinical, nutritional, or veterinary services or advice.

We make no claim that any compound diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease, and no claim about how any compound affects the structure or function of the human body. That holds across every channel we operate — product pages, the Research Library, advertising, email, and social media.

Who May Purchase

• Buyers must be 21 years of age or older.
• Buyers must be acquiring MATERIAL solely for in vitro research or for use in laboratory research animals.
• Buyers must be qualified by training, education, or experience to handle research chemicals safely, with facilities and equipment suited to the work.
• Buyers must not administer MATERIAL to themselves or to any other person, and must not allow anyone else to do so.
• Buyers must not resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute MATERIAL without our written consent.

Every buyer certifies these points at checkout. We keep that certification, with its timestamp, as part of the order record.

No Dosing, Protocols, or Guidance

• We do not provide dosage instructions, administration methods, or usage protocols.
• We do not provide reconstitution instructions for human use.
• We do not provide medical, clinical, or veterinary advice.
• We will not provide any of the above on request, by email, chat, phone, or social media, to any customer, for any reason.

References to published studies in our Research Library are provided for scientific context only. They describe what researchers observed in a stated experimental model. They are not endorsements, recommendations, or instructions, and they should not be read as suggesting any compound is safe or appropriate for use in people.

Testing & Documentation

• Every lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory for identity and purity.
• The Certificate of Analysis for each lot is published before purchase, not sent on request after the fact.
• Safety Data Sheets are available on request.
• We warrant that MATERIAL matches the identity and purity stated on its COA. That warranty, and the remedy for it, are set out in the Purchase Agreement.

We make no representation that any compound is safe or effective for any purpose, or that it will produce any particular research result.

Labeling & Handling

MATERIAL ships bearing the caution statement required for research distribution:

• Buyers must keep MATERIAL in its original labeled container.
• Buyers must store MATERIAL under the conditions stated on the product page and COA.
• Buyers must not remove, alter, or obscure any label.
• Buyers are responsible for safe handling, containment, and lawful disposal of MATERIAL, containers, and residue.
• Buyers must train and equip anyone working under their direction who handles MATERIAL.

Verification & Order Refusal

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, without notice and without giving a reason, where we suspect:

• Human or animal consumption.
• Misuse, or intended misuse, of MATERIAL.
• Resale or redistribution to unauthorized parties.
• A false certification at checkout.
• Unlawful intent, or violation of any law.

We may request additional verification before filling an order, including laboratory credentials or institutional affiliation, and we may limit order quantities.

We may close the account of any buyer who tells us — by email, chat, phone, social media, or product review — that they intend to use MATERIAL in a person. We would rather cancel the order.

Buyer Responsibility

• Buyers are responsible for confirming that possession and use of MATERIAL is lawful in their state and locality before ordering.
• Buyers hold any license, permit, registration, or institutional approval their research requires.
• Buyers comply with all applicable federal, state, and local law, laboratory safety requirements, and institutional policy.
• Buyers assume all risk arising from receipt, handling, storage, use, misuse, and disposal of MATERIAL.

The full allocation of risk, warranty, and liability between buyer and seller is set out in the Purchase Agreement.
