Purchase Agreement
By purchasing from Full Scale Peptides, Buyer agrees to all terms, restrictions, safety requirements, and legal obligations set out below regarding research-use materials.
Section 22 requires most disputes to go to individual arbitration instead of court and waives your right to join a class action. Section 5 requires you to certify who you are and how you will use the MATERIAL. All sales are final except as stated in Sections 7 and 14.

Material is not a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device. Material is not for human consumption, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other route of human administration. Material is not for veterinary therapeutic use.
Seller is a research chemical supplier. Seller is not:
- A pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy, or a prescriber.
- A compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
- An outsourcing facility under Section 503B.
- A manufacturer of finished drug products.
- A provider of medical, clinical, or veterinary advice.
Seller makes no claim about how MATERIAL affects the structure or function of the human body, in any channel, including product pages, the Research Library, advertising, email, and social media.
Restrictions on Use
Buyer agrees that Buyer will not:
- Administer MATERIAL to any human being by any route.
- Use MATERIAL in any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic application.
- Use MATERIAL in any study involving human subjects.
- Use MATERIAL to treat companion animals or livestock.
- Use MATERIAL in foods, drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.
- Tell anyone that MATERIAL is approved, safe, or suitable for human use.
- Resell, repackage, relabel, compound, or redistribute MATERIAL without Seller's written consent.
- Use MATERIAL in any way that is unlawful where Buyer is located.
Buyer Certifications
By placing an order, Buyer certifies that each statement below is true and will stay true:
- Buyer is 21 years of age or older.
- Buyer is buying solely for in vitro research or laboratory research animals.
- Buyer is qualified by training or experience to handle research chemicals and has suitable facilities.
- Buyer will not administer MATERIAL to Buyer or to any other person, and will not let anyone else do so.
- Buyer will not resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute MATERIAL without Seller's written consent.
- Buyer is not ordering for anyone who cannot make these same certifications.
- All information Buyer gives Seller, including name, address, and payment details, is true and belongs to Buyer.
- Buyer will follow all applicable federal, state, local, and international law.
These certifications are a condition of sale. Seller relies on them when accepting an order. A false certification is a material breach and voids all warranties, remedies, and refund rights under Sections 7 and 14.
Seller may cancel orders, refuse future orders, and close the account of any Buyer that Seller reasonably believes has certified falsely or intends to use MATERIAL in a prohibited way. This includes what Buyer says to Seller or publicly by email, chat, phone, social media, review, or any other channel.
Buyer Responsibility
- Buyer understands that MATERIAL may carry hazards that are not fully characterized.
- Buyer confirms MATERIAL is legal where Buyer is located before ordering.
- Buyer is responsible for safe receipt, handling, storage, labeling, and containment, including storage at the conditions stated on the product page or label.
- Buyer holds any license, permit, or institutional approval its research requires.
- Buyer trains and equips anyone working under Buyer who handles MATERIAL.
- Buyer keeps MATERIAL out of reach of children and unauthorized persons.
- Buyer disposes of MATERIAL, containers, and residue lawfully.
- Buyer accepts full liability for misuse or improper handling.
Our Warranty
- Seller warrants that at shipment, MATERIAL matches the identity and purity stated on the published COA for its lot.
- A COA reports results for a sample of the lot using the stated method. Results from other laboratories or methods may differ within normal analytical variation, and that difference alone is not a breach of this warranty.
- Normal variation in the appearance of lyophilized powder, such as volume, shape, color tone, or texture of the cake, is not a defect.
- This warranty is void if MATERIAL was stored outside stated conditions, reconstituted, diluted, repackaged, relabeled, transferred, or altered after delivery.
- Buyer must claim in writing within 14 days of delivery, with the order number, lot number, and supporting analytical data from an accredited or recognized independent laboratory.
- Seller may require the MATERIAL back, at Seller's expense, and may have it retested before deciding the claim.
- Buyer's only remedy is replacement or refund of the price paid for the affected MATERIAL, at Seller's election.
Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items are handled under Section 14 and the Shipping & Returns Policy. Send warranty claims to support@fullscalepeptides.com.
Warranty Disclaimer
Except for the limited warranty in Section 7, Material is provided “as is” and “with all faults.” Seller disclaims all other warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Seller does not warrant that Material will produce any particular research result, that Material is safe or effective for any use, or that Material is approved, registered, or lawful in any jurisdiction.
Nothing Seller or its representatives say, and nothing published on the Site or elsewhere — including the Research Library, product pages, social media, affiliate or promoter content, and customer reviews — creates any warranty beyond Section 7.
Assumption of Risk
- Buyer accepts all risk from receiving, handling, storing, using, misusing, and disposing of MATERIAL.
- This includes risk of personal injury, illness, death, and property damage, to Buyer or to anyone else.
- Buyer agrees this assumption of risk is part of what Seller is bargaining for at the stated price.
Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or cost of substitute goods, however the claim arises.
Seller's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount Buyer paid for the specific Material that claim is about.
These limits apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, and in those places Seller's liability is limited as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
Buyer will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seller and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates against any claim, loss, damage, fine, judgment, settlement, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from:
- Buyer's breach of this Agreement, including a false certification under Section 5.
- Buyer's handling, storage, use, misuse, or disposal of MATERIAL.
- Any administration of MATERIAL to a person or animal by Buyer or by anyone who got it from Buyer.
- Anything Buyer publishes or says about MATERIAL, including claims of human use.
- Buyer's violation of any law or of anyone's rights.
- Any claim by a third party who obtained MATERIAL through Buyer.
Seller may join the defense at its own expense with counsel of its choice. Buyer will not settle anything that obligates Seller or admits fault on Seller's behalf without Seller's written consent. This Section survives the end of this Agreement.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
- An order is an offer to buy. No contract exists until Seller accepts it by shipping.
- Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt, not acceptance.
- Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.
- Seller is not bound by pricing or typographical errors and may cancel affected orders with a full refund.
- Seller may limit quantities per order, per customer, per household, or per address.
- Bundle pricing, discount codes, and promotions apply only as stated at checkout, may not be combined unless the checkout allows it, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. Seller may cancel orders that use codes obtained or applied improperly.
- Buyer confirms Buyer is authorized to use the payment method submitted.
- Buyer pays any applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Buyer will contact Seller at support@fullscalepeptides.com and allow a reasonable chance to resolve any problem before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
- A chargeback on an order that was delivered as described, or that is covered by Sections 7 and 14, is a breach of this Agreement.
- Seller may respond to any dispute by giving the payment processor Buyer's order records, the checkout agreement record in Section 21, carrier tracking and delivery confirmation, and communications with Buyer.
- Seller may suspend or close the account, and refuse future orders, of any Buyer who files a chargeback without first contacting Seller.
- To the extent permitted by law, Buyer is responsible for the amount of any chargeback reversed in Seller's favor that Buyer does not repay, and for reasonable costs of collecting it.
Shipping, Title & Risk
- Orders placed and paid by 4:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, usually ship the same business day.
- Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, ship the next business day.
- Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer when Seller hands the MATERIAL to the carrier.
- Any help Seller gives with a package lost in transit, as described in the Shipping & Returns Policy, is a courtesy and does not change when title and risk passed.
- Seller is not responsible for carrier delays, misdelivery, theft after delivery, customs holds or seizure, weather, or anything else outside Seller's reasonable control.
- Buyer provides an accurate address and is responsible for security at the delivery location.
Shipping rates, cutoffs, and lost-package procedures are in the Shipping & Returns Policy, which is part of this Agreement.
Returns & Refunds
- MATERIAL is temperature- and handling-sensitive, and Seller cannot verify its integrity once it leaves Seller's custody.
- All sales are final. The only exceptions are the purity warranty in Section 7 and items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong, or missing.
- Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item claims must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photos, as described in the Shipping & Returns Policy.
- Approved refunds go to the original payment method only, for the price actually paid after discounts. Shipping charges are refunded only when the error was Seller's.
- No refund or replacement is issued where Buyer breached Section 4 or Section 5.
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, or once shipped, they cannot be canceled.
Destinations & Export
- Seller ships only to U.S. destinations shown at checkout.
- Seller may decline any address, jurisdiction, reshipper, or freight forwarder at its discretion.
- Buyer confirms that receiving, possessing, and using MATERIAL is lawful at the destination.
- Buyer will not export, re-export, or transship MATERIAL in violation of U.S. export control law or any other applicable law.
- Seller is not liable for MATERIAL seized, detained, destroyed, or refused by any authority, and no refund is issued in those cases.
Research Library & No Medical Advice
- The Research Library, product descriptions, and COA summaries are for scientific reference only.
- This content summarizes published literature. It is not a protocol and not a recommendation.
- It is not medical, clinical, veterinary, legal, or professional advice.
- Nothing on the Site suggests MATERIAL is safe or appropriate for human use.
- Seller does not provide dosing, administration guidance, or reconstitution instructions for human use, and will not do so on request.
- Anyone with a health concern should see a licensed physician.
Reviews, Posts & Promoters
- Buyer will not post reviews, comments, images, or videos about MATERIAL that describe human use, dosing, or health effects.
- Seller may edit, decline, or remove any review or submission, including ones that describe human use or that Seller cannot verify.
- By submitting content, Buyer grants Seller a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it in connection with the Site and Seller's business, and confirms Buyer has the right to grant it.
- Affiliates, creators, and other promoters are independent and are not Seller's agents. They may not make human-use, dosing, or health claims about MATERIAL. Their statements do not bind Seller or create any warranty, and are governed by their own agreement with Seller.
Intellectual Property
- All Site content — the Full Scale Peptides name and logo, text, photographs, graphics, page design, and COA compilations — belongs to Seller or its licensors.
- Buyer may view and print this content for Buyer's own internal reference.
- Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, framing, or commercial use without Seller's written consent is prohibited.
Third-Party Rights & Product Names
- Some compounds are covered by patents or other rights held by third parties.
- Seller makes no representation that Buyer's intended use avoids infringing any third-party right.
- Buyer is responsible for determining whether a license is needed and for obtaining one.
- Product names on the Site are Seller's catalog designations. The compound in each product is the one identified on its label and COA.
- Compound names identify the chemical substance only, and imply no affiliation with or endorsement by any trademark holder or manufacturer of an approved drug.
Accounts & Site Use
- Buyer keeps account login details confidential and is responsible for all activity under Buyer's account.
- Buyer will not use the Site to commit fraud, test stolen payment details, place orders through bots or automated tools, or get around order limits or verification.
- Buyer will not interfere with the Site's security or operation, or access areas or data not intended for Buyer.
- Seller may suspend or close any account that breaks this Agreement.
Electronic Records & Privacy
- Buyer agrees to receive this Agreement, order confirmations, and notices electronically, and agrees that checking the box at checkout is Buyer's electronic signature with the same effect as a handwritten one.
- For each order, Seller keeps a record of Buyer's agreement, including the date and time, IP address, browser information, and the version of this Agreement accepted. Buyer agrees Seller may use these records as evidence of Buyer's agreement, including in payment disputes and legal proceedings.
- Seller collects and uses personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, age and identity verification, and payment dispute response.
Disputes & Arbitration
This section affects your legal rights. Most disputes go to individual binding arbitration instead of court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to join a class action.
22.1 — Talk to us first
- Before arbitration, send written notice of the dispute and the relief sought to support@fullscalepeptides.com, or to Buyer's email of record if Seller raises it.
- The notice must include Buyer's name, email of record, order number, a description of the claim, and the relief sought, and must be signed by Buyer personally.
- Both sides try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days after the notice is sent. Time limits in 22.7 pause during this period.
22.2 — Arbitration
- If 30 days pass without resolution, any dispute relating to this Agreement, the MATERIAL, or the Site goes to final and binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.
- This covers claims in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other theory.
- Arbitration is run by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and fees are paid as those rules provide.
- One arbitrator, seated in Broward County, Florida, in English. Hearings may be held by video or on written submissions where the rules allow.
- The arbitrator decides questions about how this Section applies, except as stated in 22.3 and 22.4.
22.3 — No class actions
- Buyer and Seller each bring claims only individually, never as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
- The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or run a representative proceeding, except as stated in 22.4.
- If this subsection is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim goes to the courts in Section 23 and everything else stays in arbitration.
22.4 — Mass filings
- If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against Seller by or with help from the same law firm or coordinated group, they are administered in batches of up to 50, with one arbitrator per batch, under the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules where they apply.
- Courts in Section 23 may enforce this subsection, and time limits pause while batches are pending.
22.5 — Exceptions
- Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
- Either side may go to court for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized use of the Site.
22.6 — Opting out
- Buyer may opt out of this Section by emailing support@fullscalepeptides.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
- Include full name, email of record, and order number, within 30 days of Buyer's first order.
- Opting out changes nothing else in this Agreement and does not affect Buyer's ability to order.
22.7 — Time limit
- Any claim must be brought within one year of when it accrues, or it is barred, unless the law requires longer.
Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and, for Section 22, the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
- For claims not in arbitration, both sides consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Broward County, Florida, and waive any inconvenient-forum objection.
Changes to These Terms
- Seller may change this Agreement by posting a revised version here with a new Effective Date.
- Material changes are marked by a new version number.
- The version in effect when Buyer orders governs that order.
- Continuing to use the Site or placing a new order after a revision means Buyer accepts it.
- A revision does not change Section 22 for any dispute Seller had notice of before the revision was posted.
- Buyer should check this page before each order.
General Terms
- Order of precedence. If this Agreement conflicts with any Policy, this Agreement controls. Summaries on the Site, including the At a Glance section above, do not change this Agreement.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, it is narrowed just enough to work, or removed. Everything else stays in force.
- No waiver. If Seller does not enforce something once, Seller can still enforce it later.
- Assignment. Buyer may not assign this Agreement without Seller's written consent. Seller may assign it freely, including in a sale of the business.
- Force majeure. Seller is not liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, labor dispute, carrier or supplier failure, payment processor failure, outage, or government action.
- Survival. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, and 25 survive the end of this Agreement and any completed sale.
- Relationship. This Agreement creates no partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect meaning.
- Entire agreement. This Agreement, plus the RUO Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy, is the entire agreement and replaces everything said or written before it. Any conflicting terms in a Buyer purchase order have no effect.
