• It covers information collected through the website, checkout, customer accounts, email, and text messaging.
• It works alongside our Purchase Agreement, which governs sales.

What We Collect

You give us

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• Billing and shipping addresses.
• Account username and password, if you create an account.
• Order history, returns, and support messages.
• Research or institutional affiliation, if you provide it.
• Your certification at checkout that you are 21 or older and buying for laboratory research, along with the date, time, and IP address it was submitted from.

We collect automatically

• IP address and approximate location derived from it.
• Browser type and version, operating system, and device type.
• Pages viewed, time on page, and navigation path.
• Referring URL and search terms that brought you here.
• Cookie identifiers and advertising identifiers.

We receive from others

• Payment authorization and fraud signals from our payment processor.
• Tracking and delivery status from shipping carriers.
• Campaign attribution data from advertising platforms.

How We Use It

• Process, fill, and ship your orders.
• Contact you about orders, shipping, accounts, and support.
• Verify identity, screen for fraud, and manage chargeback risk.
• Maintain the certification records required under our Purchase Agreement.
• Send marketing email or text messages, only if you opted in.
• Measure advertising performance and understand how the site is used.
• Improve the website, product selection, and customer experience.
• Meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.
• Enforce our Purchase Agreement and protect our legal rights.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories:

• Essential. Required for the cart, checkout, login, and the age gate to work. These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics. Help us see how visitors use the site.
• Advertising. Measure ad performance and support remarketing.

• We review access and security settings periodically.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection, and you share information with us at your own risk. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your Rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Correct anything inaccurate.
• Delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Stop sending you marketing email or texts.
• Stop sharing your data with advertising and analytics partners.
• Withdraw consent where we relied on it.

• Tell us what you want and which email address or order number your account uses.
• We may need to verify who you are before acting, to protect your data.
• We respond within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires it. If we need more time, we will tell you why.
• Making a request costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for making one.
• You may use an authorized agent, with proof of authorization.

California Residents

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA may give you the rights below. We honor these requests regardless of whether we meet the statute's coverage thresholds.

• Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected in the past 12 months, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we shared it with.
• Right to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. See the opt-out in Section 5.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide our services.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Categories collected in the past 12 months

• Identifiers — name, email, phone, postal address, IP address, account ID.
• Commercial information — orders placed, products viewed, purchase history.
• Internet activity — pages viewed, navigation, referring site.
• Geolocation — approximate location from IP address.
• Inferences — product interests drawn from the above.

We have not sold personal information for money in the past 12 months. We have shared identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described in Section 5.

Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others — have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising.

• Use the same request process in Section 10.
• If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within 45 days.
• If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Visitors Outside the United States

• We ship within the United States only. We do not offer or sell products to customers outside the U.S.
• The website is publicly accessible, so people abroad may still browse it.
• If you are in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom and we hold information about you, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
• Where those laws apply, we process information under one of these bases: contract, your consent, our legitimate interests in fraud prevention and site security, or a legal obligation.

Email & Text Messages

Email

• You receive transactional email about orders whether or not you opt in — order confirmations, shipping notices, and support replies.
• Marketing email goes only to people who opted in.
• Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or email us. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Text messages

• Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
• We collect your mobile number, the time and source of your consent, and delivery and opt-out events.
• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
• We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers go only to our messaging vendor and shipping carriers.
• Full text messaging terms are in Section 23 of the Purchase Agreement.

Age Restriction

• This site is for adults 21 years of age or older. It is not directed to children.
• We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
• If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
• A parent or guardian who believes we hold a minor's information should email support@fullscalepeptides.com.

Third-Party Links

• Our site links to other websites, including laboratory reports, published research, and payment pages.
• We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
• Review the privacy policy of any site you visit from ours.

Where Your Data Is Processed

• Full Scale Peptides operates entirely in the United States.
• Your information is stored and processed on U.S. systems, by U.S.-based service providers.
• U.S. privacy law may differ from the law where you live.
• If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed here.

Changes to This Policy

• We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here with a new Effective Date and version number.
• If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will give notice by email or a site notice.
• Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
