Return Shipping
If a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, Full Scale Peptides will cover return shipping costs.
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method to ensure proper delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item (if required).
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Issues
If you experience a shipping-related issue such as a delay, misdelivery, or lost package:
A reshipment may be processed 7 business days after the original estimated delivery date, once carrier confirmation is received.
Reshipments are issued only after verification of the shipment status with the carrier.
Order Cancellations or Modifications
Orders may be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After 1 hour, or once an order has shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

We are happy to assist with filing a claim; however, Full Scale Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
