PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Full Scale Peptides
This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the sale of peptides and other research materials (“MATERIAL”) by Full Scale Peptides (“Seller”) to the purchaser (“Buyer”). By placing an order through https://fullscalepeptides.com, Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Definitions
As used herein, “MATERIAL” refers to any product or service purchased from Full Scale Peptides, including but not limited to peptides, proteins, powders, chemicals, labware, and related research materials, whether purchased online or otherwise.
2. Research Use Only (RUO) & FDA Disclaimer
All products sold by Full Scale Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only.Not for human or veterinary consumption
Not for clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use
Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
FDA Disclaimer:
The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products sold by Full Scale Peptides are not approved for human consumption and are offered solely for research purposes.
Full Scale Peptides is a research chemical supplier and is not:
A compounding pharmacy
A chemical compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
An outsourcing facility under Section 503B
3. Restrictions on Use
Buyer agrees that:
MATERIAL is intended only for qualified professionals trained in laboratory handling procedures
MATERIAL will not be used in clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications
MATERIAL will not be used in foods, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or for human or animal use
Buyer must be 21 years of age or older to purchase MATERIAL
4. Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing from Full Scale Peptides, Buyer represents and warrants that they:
Understand the potential hazards associated with handling and use of MATERIAL
Possess appropriate training, equipment, and facilities for safe handling and storage
Will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations
Will not resell, repackage, or distribute MATERIAL without express written consent from Full Scale Peptides
Assume full responsibility for all risks, damages, or liabilities resulting from improper handling, storage, or use of MATERIAL
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
All MATERIAL is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Full Scale Peptides makes no representations or guarantees regarding:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
Regulatory approval or status in any jurisdiction
Buyer is solely responsible for determining the legality and suitability of MATERIAL prior to purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Full Scale Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of MATERIAL
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Full Scale Peptides, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from Buyer’s handling or use of MATERIAL
7. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment
Orders are not binding until accepted and confirmed by Full Scale Peptides
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
8. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same business day
Orders placed after cutoff times, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day
Risk of loss transfers to Buyer once the order is shipped
Full Scale Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or events beyond our control
9. Intellectual Property
All website content—including logos, branding, text, images, and graphics—is the exclusive property of Full Scale Peptides. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Buyer and Full Scale Peptides. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
